进博会展品国庆期间纷至沓来 // Exhibits coming to the Expo during the National Day
随着第五届进博会的筹备工作迈进“冲刺阶段”，国庆期间进博会展品纷至沓来。据了解，国庆期间，上海浦东机场、外港、洋山等主要口岸的110个进博会通关专窗和专用通道保持运作，保障节日期间通关安全顺畅。截至10月7日，已有珠宝艺术品、乒乓球机器人、医疗器械等展品顺利进境，申报货值约5.65亿元。
近期入境的进博会展品中，有一系列“世界首发”“中国首展”的新技术、新展品。氢燃料重卡是现代汽车集团为本届进博会带来的重磅展品之一。作为全球首款量产并已开始销售的氢燃料重卡，该展品在参展前颇受国内市场的期待。国庆前夕，会展中心海关展览品监管一科主动对接运输代理企业，积极摸排展品到港计划，建立“5+2”全天候预约机制，提供“提前预约、随到随报、即审即放”服务，全力保障该批重卡展品通关零延时。
“从审核到放行仅用时5分钟，大大节约了我们在国庆长假期间承担的仓储费用！”承担该批重卡运输代理工作的上海国际展览运输有限公司高级业务经理方弘感叹道。10月2日清晨，该批重卡展品在上海外高桥港区海通码头靠港，会展中心海关值班关员当天上午第一时间受理ATA单证册的申报，在认真审核单证并确保信息无误的前提下，完成快速放行。
除了氢燃料重卡，随着进博会的临近，会做手术的医疗机器人、符合国六环保标准的公路牵引车等一系列特色展品，都将在近期搭乘“进博便利专车”如约而至，与国内消费者见面。负责展品申报审核工作的会展海关值守关员戴夏羚介绍：“为了保证进博展品顺利通关，我们会预先了解企业申报难点，积极召开宣贯研讨会，将各种政策要求落实在实际操作中，以积极有效的前置工作确保后续货物的安全快速通关。”
据悉，预计10月中旬将迎来展品通关高峰，经初步摸排，后续将有200余票展品陆续申报入境参展。

Among the exhibits entering the Expo recently, there are a series of new technologies and exhibits that are "the first in the world" and "the first in China". The hydrogen fuel heavy truck is one of the heavy exhibits that Hyundai Motor Group has brought to the Expo. As the world's first hydrogen fuel heavy truck that has been mass produced and started to sell, this exhibit was highly expected by the domestic market before the exhibition. On the eve of the National Day, the First Section of Customs Exhibits Supervision of the Convention and Exhibition Center took the initiative to contact the transportation agency, actively felt and arranged the arrival plan of the exhibits, established a "5+2" all-weather reservation mechanism, and provided the services of "booking in advance, reporting upon arrival, and releasing upon approval", so as to fully guarantee the zero delay in customs clearance of this batch of heavy card exhibits.
"It only takes 5 minutes from the audit to the release, which greatly saves the storage costs we bear during the National Day holiday!" Fang Hong, senior business manager of Shanghai International Exhibition Transportation Co., Ltd., who is responsible for the transportation agency of these heavy trucks, sighed. In the morning of October 2, this batch of heavy card exhibits docked at Haitong Wharf, Waigaoqiao Port Area, Shanghai. The customs officer on duty of the Convention and Exhibition Center accepted the declaration of ATA carnet at the first time in the morning of that day, and completed the rapid release on the premise of carefully reviewing the documents and ensuring that the information is correct.
In addition to the hydrogen fuel heavy truck, with the approaching of the Expo, a series of featured exhibits, such as medical robots that can perform surgery, road tractors that meet the national six environmental protection standards, will arrive in the near future by the "Expo Convenient Special Vehicle" as scheduled to meet domestic consumers. Dai Xialing, the customs officer on duty of the exhibition customs who is responsible for the declaration and review of exhibits, said: "In order to ensure the smooth customs clearance of the exhibits entering the exhibition, we will know the difficulties of enterprise declaration in advance, actively hold a publicity and implementation seminar, implement various policy requirements in actual operation, and ensure the safe and fast customs clearance of subsequent goods with active and effective pre work."
It is reported that the customs clearance peak of exhibits is expected to come in the middle of October. After the preliminary arrangement, more than 200 tickets of exhibits will be successively declared for entry to the exhibition.
